*Products that are eligible for return, may be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise subject to clear purchase records and shipping information.

*Not all products are eligible for returns. It is very important for you to be informed that all “Perishable items” wherever it is included in Gift Hampers are “Final Sale items” “Discounted Items” once purchased are not returnable. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

*Our return policy is subject to change time to time as such if you are concerned, please check on these revised policy changes at the time of purchasing products.

*Our Chondon Express care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the product.
